Our direct care support professionals work in beautiful, residential homes, so if enjoy helping others and would like to work for a great company...Penn-Mar is for you! Awake Overnight staff is responsible for remaining awake, monitoring residents and attending to their needs. The successful candidate will have the ability to take on household responsibilities such as cleaning, paperwork, etc. as assigned by the Residential Supervisor. Other duties include: - Document daily programs of consumers.
- Provide consumers with a well balanced breakfast.
- Administer medications as needed.
- Assist consumers in getting ready for the day (dressing, personal hygiene, etc).
- Transport residents to their day program on weekday mornings according to schedule.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Driver's License with 2 years of driving experience with less than 3 accidents or moving violations in the last 3 years.
Must pass basic Math and Reading Comprehension Exercise.
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Successful completion of physical, drug screen, Mantoux test for tuberculous.
Must pass background and reference checks. |
